EXPERIMENTS 7: AMI Testing
EXPERIMENT 7 Clinical Testing of SDI Subjects Recorded on AMI Diagnostic Machine proving an energy source beyond the brain - causal "healing" transformation PROTOCOL Conduct two years of scientific investigation and clinical testing of the validity and efficiency of Dr. Savage's Subliminal Influence processing on dozens of volunteer subjects, with results recorded by laboratory scientists at the California Institute of Human Science on their AMI testing equipment, an apparatus for measuring the functionality of internal organs. HYPOTHESIS Subjects processed by Dr. Savage will show increases of energy and improved functioning of internal organs when tested on the AMI equipment before and after Dr. Savage's subliminal processing. Of even more significance is the unique hypothesis that AMI test results on Dr. Savage himself will show an increase of energy and improved functioning of internal organs immediately after he "processes himself." In all cases of positive results, the question is where did the increased energy come from. In cases of energy enhancement of subjects processed by Dr. Savage, it is clear that those subjects' increased energy somehow came from Dr. Savage in an intervention he describes as shifting realities to where it's easy for him to do whatever is necessary to fix any situation. In the case of Dr. Savage processing himself, the AMI tests that document his own increase of energy proves that the increased energy definitely came from outside Dr. Savage's own body, since it was not there minutes before. Dr. Savage refers to that outside power source as a "Transcendental Tank" to which he has access, a supply of those Transcendental Forces which he uses every time he processes any life form. Proving scientifically, for the first time, that an "outside of the brain," Transcendental higher power source actually exists, and can be easily and immediately accessed, significantly impacts and changes scientific knowledge. Dr. Savage's experimental proof also supports many of the theories used in "alternative holistic scientific research" that, as Dr. Dossey reports in One Mind, reductionist science and medicine for so long has intentionally ignored, slandered and tried to discard. SPECIFIC DESIGN CRITERIA Experiment 7 clinical tests documented by the AMI were conducted over a period of two years (1996-1998) at the California Institute of Human Science (CIHS) by laboratory director Dr. Gaetan Chevalier, PhD, engineering physicist (University of Montreal) and electrical engineer (UCLA). Testing results for each subject were recorded on the AMI equipment "Before" and "After" Dr. Savage's Subliminal Influence processing. The AMI machine (Apparatus for Meridian Identification) is a well-known diagnostic tool invented by Japanese scientist Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama and utilized in Japan for more than twenty years before he introduced it to western science in 1992 with the founding of the CIHS in Encinitas, CA.. The high-speed AMI measures the electrical conductivity, capacitance, and polarization of skin tissue and fluids in order to evaluate the tissue condition and the functioning of acupuncture meridians and their corresponding internal organs. Features of the AMI are described below. RESULTS/OUTCOMES year period of testing. In this Experiment 7, the "before" and "after" test results of two most significant cases are featured below (as was the most dramatic videotaped case of Debbie featured in the Experiment 4 Shielded Room test). In all cases tested on the AMI, Dr. Savage's results broke the records ever recorded on the AMI machine. In one case, the results literally went off the charts, the BP Radial Chart didn't have a limit for those results. That is the kidney failure case described below. |
Dr. Chevalier conducted AMI clinical tests on very short 10-minute periods of Dr. Savage's Subliminal Influence processing of dozens of volunteer subjects over a period of two years in order to provide certainty and reliability of the results. To provide comparisons of each case, Dr. Chevalier recorded AMI diagnostic readings of the volunteer subjects before and after the Subliminal processing. Dr. Savage processed most subjects in person, for various periods of time, after which for some subjects, depending on the seriousness of their condition, he continued processing them from a distance. All subjects were asked to keep their eyes closed and to relax deeply and completely throughout the 10-minute processing. At some point after a subject received Dr. Savage's Subliminal processing, Dr. Chevalier tested the subject again on the AMI in order to attain comparative analysis of results. (see also the AMI results recorded, and videotaped, in the Shielded Room Experiment 4) In each test, there is no risk, no interference with normal medical procedures, and no drugs. |

Reports on the results of Gary's "before" and "after" AMI tests Two years later, on January 11, 2000, another doctor, neuro-psychologist L.D. Jacobsen, reported on his follow-up investigation of Gary's condition in reference to his prior Subliminal processing by Philip Savage. Three years after the Subliminal processing, in a Washington Post interview reported on December 25, 2001, Gary explained that he developed a kidney disease and his legs buckled. Then a friend introduced him to Philip Savage. |

Dr. Chevalier summarizes his reports: "Over a period of two years, I have tested Philip Savage's processing using the AMI (Apparatus for Measuring Internal Organs) testing equipment on dozens of human subject volunteers and have observed a consistent pattern of 'energy enhancement' and 'energy realignment' that validates entirely Philip Savage's technology.... We also ran a series of experiments to test the hypothesis that his technology would apply to himself with the same heuristic value that it would apply to any other specific human subject... We observed a dramatic increase in Philip Savage's energy as shown in the AMI test results. On one volunteer subject, we observed an increase in energy of unprecedented magnitude that broke, not only all Philip Savage's former records on the AMI, but also that surpassed anything that we would have reasonably held possible prior to this experiment.... The practical efficiency of Philip Savage's technology exists beyond a shadow of a doubt." |
DISCUSSION Two years of experimental investigations of Dr.Savage´s Subliminal processing were conducted at the California Institute of Human Science (CIHS) using AMI diagnostic equipment on dozens of volunteer subjects and on Dr.Savage himself to test the efficacy of his Subliminal Influence science. The positive results of increased energy output in every case is highlighted by two particular results: The Faraday Cage test already described in Experiment 4 and the case of Gary, a patient with kidney disease, whose increased energy output went off the charts of the AMI´s capacity to document. In the case of Gary, he was suffering from acute kidney failure and severe depression. The AMI results "before" SDI processing corroborate very weak kidney function. The "after" processing results show an unprecedented boost of energy, not even thought possible, that was sustained for two years as a complete revitalization of kidney function and overall energy levels and fantastically improved emotional wellbeing from only a 20 minute processing from Dr. Savage. With such a serious illness, in medical terms, Gary could have died from this emergency or expected a prognosis of life-long dialysis and surgery had he lived.. The attending laboratory scientist, Dr. Gaetan Chevalier who monitored the experiment concluded (as did Gary) that, "The practical efficiency of Philip Savage´s technology exists beyond a shadow of a doubt." Also unprecedented are the results of the first case of Experiment 7, where Dr. Savage "processed himself," especially considering Dr. Savage's explanation of how he did the processing on himself: Dr. Savage says that all he did was dip into the "Transcendental Tank" that he has access to. An immediate and dramatic increase of energy in all his organs was then recorded on the AMI charts, still perfectly balanced, but with much more energy than documented just a few minutes before. Dr. Savage explains that this "Transcendental Tank" is always available and that he has access to it at any time he needs. The significance of Experiment cannot be overstated. Experiment 7 proves beyond any doubt, first, that the Transcendental source of the increased energy recorded on Dr. Savage's AMI charts actually exists AND, second, that it exists outside his body, which means not in his brain. Before Dr. Savage processed himself, the energy levels recorded within his entire body were documented. After processing himself, there was a dramatic increase in energy levels throughout his body that were NOT there a few minutes before. Where did all that additional energy instantly come from if not from somewhere outside his body. Documenting scientifically that accessible forces exist that can control bodily functions and that do NOT come from the brain conclusively proves that the long-held belief of reductionist scientists and doctors that the brain is the source of everything that happens in the human body is FALSE. Experiment 7, particularly in the tests of Dr. Savage's where he "processes himself," documents clearly that there is a Transcendental "higher" source outside the physical body that can be utilized by the body as needed. This experimental proof that Dr. Savage can indeed access a HIGHER POWER at will (as he did for this test), also helps explain that this is the Transcendental Force from a Higher Power that he says he uses in all his work. With Dr. Savage's verifiable scientific results, it is now incumbent upon scientists throughout the world who look forward to a major paradigm shift out of the knowledge-limiting reductionist science are wise to immediately investigate and learn how to use the findings from Dr. Savage's Subliminal Science and SDI technology within their own research. |

A 10-minute AMI evaluation consists of connecting the AMI machine to the fingers and toes of the subject and recording the results on a BP Radial Chart in order to diagnose:
intestine, large intestine, spleen, kidney, liver, gall bladder, urinary bladder, and stomach. 2. Pre-disease states: Vulnerability to disease striking the heart, urinary, throat, skin, and other organs. 3. An objective analysis of the autonomic nervous system, including the brain. 4. Case 1: Philip Savage AMI results of Dr. Savage's Subliminal Processing of himself. processed himself. Dr. Chevalier notes that Dr. Savage's claim that his Subliminal technology would apply to himself with the same positive results that it would apply to any other specific human subject was very unusual and that the results of the test were quite dramatic. |
Dr. Chevalier writes: "We tested him with the AMI prior to his "energy self-processing," (at what he defines as his normal state of energy) and then we tested him again, after he had subjected himself to his own treatment for only a few minutes. We observed a dramatic increase in energy as shown in the attached charts. "The "Before" AMI results of the test on Philip Savage show that the energy in his upper and lower body (measured in the innermost circles on the chart) is generally balanced and moderate indicating a quiet, calm demeanor at the time of the test, 15:02 (3:02 pm) PDT on June 26, 1996. The "After" AMI results of the test on Philip Savage where he processed himself for ten minutes show that the energy in his upper and lower body (the innermost circles of the chart) burst with energy and became even more balanced in his lower body as seen in the size and shape of the circles documented at 15:57 (3:57 pm) PDT on June 26, 1996." |
Case 2: Gary AMI results of Dr. Savage's Subliminal processing a patient who suffered kidney failure 1997, after hearing about Philip Savage from a friend, he went to the California Institute of Human Science to be tested by Dr. Chevalier on their AMI machine. chart) is generally balanced and normal with the very clear exception of the "indentations" in the lower body circle indicating a serious lack of "electrical output" (energy) at the kidney markers at 19:14 PST (7:14) on March 8,1997. The "After" AMI test results show that the "bursts of electrical output" in his upper and lower body reached the outer limits of the BP chart and even went beyond the inner circle at the kidney markers indicating an enormous increase in energy, balance and functioning of all his internal organs, including the kidneys, as documented on the charts below.
